Here is the exercise, there are 6 exercises in total:
Jumping Jacks 40 Reps
Lie Down Stand Up Jumps 20 Reps
Mountain Climbers 40 Reps
Leg Raises 10 Reps
Squat Shoulder Press 15 Reps
Side Planks 10 Reps per side
This should be repeated 3 times in order to constitute your workout for the week…
