John’s Fat Burning Kettlebell Workout

Hey everyone, my name is John and I wanted to share with you a Kettlebell Fat Loss Workout that I wholly attribute for me being able to shed over 6 stone of weight and get back down into a reasonable weight level. From here now I can refine and tone up my muscles; something that would not have been possible without burning off all the fat beforehand.

Me and my cousin developed this routine ourselves after we picked up a great deal on some kettlebells, which were something I literally had no clue about before I bought them.

Anyway here is the workout, make sure to have a good warm-up stretching and getting ready:

Do as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes of:

  • Kettlebell Clean, Front Squat, and Press x 5 reps
  • Lunges and Squats x 5 reps

Once I had completed this ten minutes of intense workout I would finish it off with 15-20 minutes of medium intensity interval training, so I would walk for 30 secs then jog for 30 secs for the 15-20 minutes.

The best part of this workout is that the better you get the more it burns the fat, also once you get used to it you can increase the intensity by replacing lunges and squats with pushups and then chinups. You can also increase the intensity by using heavier kettlebells.

I would perform this workout 2-3 times a week and then perform a heavy weight training session in order to maintain my muscle density while I lose weight. I did this because I wanted to lose fat and not muscle.
