Belly fat can me a major obstacle to a lot of people when trying weight. It’s commonly the most stubborn area of fat on the body.
To counteract this a lot of people will try to perform endless amounts of ab workouts in the hope of burning off this belly fat. This is often the wrong thing to do though, as we discovered in the post ‘How to lose belly fat‘ it is not possible to target fat reduction in the body. This means doing more ab workouts will not mean more belly fat loss, just more fat loss in the body overall.
This does not mean you should stop doing ab exercises though. Doing ab exercises will target the ab muscles, doing this will make your whole belly area look more toned and defined even with the belly fat.
If you are doing ab exercises then there is probably no better exercise to target the lower abs than lying leg raises. I have found a video that highlights the proper form for this exercise and included it below:

I’ve been trying to loss weight since then. I am planning to take some gym action to loss weight just in case I can use this one. I have tried this once very effective it concentrates on the belly to a flat tummy that I always ever wanted.
