I recently wrote a post on an Intense Workout with Pushup Variations which involved mixing 11 pushup variations to provide a really intense bodyweight circuit. In that post I recommended using Side Tap Pushups as one of the variations, in case you did not know how to do a Side Tap Pushup I have included this video below:
When you perform this exercise try to do it more smoothly than the woman in this video, the entire motion should be one smooth and swift action.
