Overall this is a very decent treadmill in this price range. It is particularly useful for walkers and light joggers, people who are going to be sprinting heavily on this machine might consider an upgraded model.

I had the older smooth treadmill, think it was 4 point something. Anyway I recommend you getting it from amazon, sometimes its a bit more expensive than other online retailers but you can get free delivery so you end up saving money. and theyre definitely cheaper than most fitness stores
