If you look at all of the diet programs and exercise routines that are being sold to you these days on the tv, in magazines and on the web you will notice that a huge number of them are trying to make women look like Supermodels or Bodybuilders. Is this the look you are actually hoping to achieve?
No offense to these women, I am sure they have worked extremely hard to get their bodies looking that way but is this really what most women want to look like? Quick poll would you rather look like either of those ladies above; or would you rather look like this:
So how many of you said the last picture? I would expect a lot of you. Funnily enough I believe that the last picture is the easiest body to get out of all three. To get a body like the first lady you will need to effectively starve yourself, to get a body like the second lady you need to eat a huge number of calories and to workout excessively. The last woman on the other hand needs to have a proper diet (nothing too dramatic) and exercise a few times per week!
Sounds simple doesn’t it? Well to be honest with you it is pretty simple, the hard part is sticking to it and getting the body that you want.
To get this type of body you are going to need a fat burning workout program and diet routine which will also help you tone your muscles. Now you don’t want to be doing too much on the workout side or you will start to pile on the muscle like the lady in the 2nd picture, and you don’t want to be starving yourself or you will start to look like the woman in the first picture!

Great insight Lance. The last picture is what most women want to look like. Certain supermodels look good as well but others are far too thing. I’m not really sure why any woman would train for the bodybuilder look.
