So I’m 44 years old. A full time single dad of 3 boys. Needless to say my life is hectic, when you factor in my kids and my job I have almost no time for myself.
My life is not exactly healthy, because of my busy schedule I rarely get any exercise except for the occassional game of basketball with some of the guys and I must admit I do have my fair share of fast food. I have been trying to develop some kind of workout program that I can develop into my lifestyle, and failing miserably.
Everything changed one day when I was browsing the web looking for some High Intensity Interval Training workouts that a buddy of mine had said were good. This is when I found Turbulence Training.
Having 3 kids on a single parent’s salary I have learned how to milk the last drop of goodness out of everything I encounter, and that’s why I took advantage of absolutely every piece of free information that was available on the site.
I have to say after all of my freebie plundering I definitely felt as though I knew a lot more about what I needed to be doing in order to drop the weight and start living healthier. This was when I decided to take the plunge and grab the 21 day trial period that was being offered and immediately knew I had made the right decision, the amount of quality information I received was outstanding.
I started the Intermediate Turbulence Training Workout when I weighed in at 219lbs and then I became hooked. I have never been more motivated to do anything in my life, I think it was because I could tell the information I was being given was pure quality so I knew that if I followed what Craig (Author of all the Turbulence Training workouts) said then I would definitely see some results.
I can get through the strength training part of the training in just under 30 minutes which leaves me with a solid amount of time to do the High Intensity Interval Training.
I am about halfway through week 4 of the intermediate Turbulence Training program and my weight is already down to 209lbs and I am becoming much more finely defined, whereas before my stomach looked like a flabby mess now it is starting to tone up and has some real definition to it, also I have even started to notice some definite guns forming in my biceps!
Just over 4 weeks in and I have definitely seen some very noticeable changes thanks to the Turbulence Training program.
